I believe some of life's best moments happen around the table. That's why I'm passionate about creating personalized food experiences that bring people together, whether it's through a home-cooked meal, an intimate dinner, a catered event, or a hands-on cooking lesson. My mission is simple: to serve others through food while creating experiences that are both memorable and meaningful.
My name is Kacie Glass, and I am a Memphis-based chef with a passion for creating memorable meals and meaningful experiences through food.
My journey began in 2019 in my very first apartment. At the time, I was still trying to discover exactly what I wanted to do with my life. Through prayer, self-reflection, and a desire to find my purpose, I began to recognize something that had always come naturally to me—my love for cooking and serving others.
What started with making tacos for family and friends quickly turned into something much bigger. People loved the food, and before long, I was preparing and selling meals directly from my kitchen. That experience helped me realize that cooking was more than just a hobby—it was a gift and a calling.
Determined to sharpen my skills and build a strong foundation for my future, I enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at Remington College in 2023. In 2024, I proudly graduated and continued pursuing my dream of serving others through food.
Today, Chef Kacie offers meal prep services, private chef experiences, cooking lessons, and catering services designed to bring people together through great food and genuine hospitality. Whether I'm preparing meals for a busy family, catering a special event, or teaching someone new skills in the kitchen, my goal remains the same: to create unforgettable experiences and leave people feeling cared for, valued, and satisfied.
